Nirgi Servis Ltd announces a small procurement for the preparation of the main project for the building at Kohtla-Järve City, Pärna 2a (construction register code 102010845) for the purpose of reconstructing it into a hotel.
The preliminary project can be viewed in the EHR, according to the building permit application no. 2411271/11505 or building permit consent no. 2412271/07249.
The estimated cost is up to 30 thousand. euro. Please submit the price offer along with the budget by no later than 12:00, 22. November 2024.
